About the website
This website explains ModdLAR’s production support for U.S. architecture, engineering and construction teams. Content is general service information. A submitted enquiry or booking does not by itself create a service contract.
Project scope and responsibility
Deliverables, timing, pricing, confidentiality, software access and responsibilities are agreed separately for each engagement. Production support follows the direction of the client’s responsible professionals. Website content is not a sealed design, engineering certification or permit approval.
Images and project examples
Conceptual BIM illustrations and the homepage motion background are generated visual interpretations, not site footage or proof of an as-built condition. Case studies distinguish production contributions from prior team experience. Original portfolio sheets retain their project credits and drawing status. Do not rely on samples for construction.
Content and external links
Brand materials, project materials and third-party product marks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Software logos identify tools, not vendor endorsements. External booking, form and social services have their own terms.
